HOW DO I DOWNLOAD A PRODUCT AFTER PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP?

To download a product, please go to the product that you want to download. You will see a Download section beside the “Description” of the product. Click on the Download option, and you should be able to download the product file.

To download the product you have purchased, please go to My Account -> My Downloads section. You should be able to see your product available to download. You can also download it via the link you have received in your email.

No. The majority of the products work without a serial code, but please keep in mind that features such as the import of demo content and premium support are not included. No refunds are issued for any such cases.

We provide basic support for installing plugins and themes. If you need technical support regarding a theme or plugin, you will need to purchase the product directly from the author. Not offering premium support is the way we can offer the products at a discount of up to 90%.
